Super Simple Salad

I am a firm believer in keeping it simple. I’m a busy mom and I own a business; I don’t have time for complicated and you are busy too so I’m sure simple is what you prefer right?! Healthy does not equal complicated. Clean eating does not equal complicated. In fact, it is quite the opposite. Healthy eating (clean eating) can be so simple and that’s my song; SIMPLE!

Okay so, here it is; a SUPER SIMPLE SALAD!

The recipe is as follows:

1/2 chopped cucumber, 12 halved grape tomatoes, 2 Tbs balsamic vinegar, 1/4 avocado, a bit of chopped basil and tuna in water (drained of course).

Directions:

Mix all of the ingredients together!

DONE!

How simple is THAT?!
