Your second tip is yes, to eat a nutrient dense breakfast! This shouldn’t just happen today, but every day! Whether that’s 2 eggs or 4 egg whites with steamed spinach and half an avocado or Shakeology for a superfood packed meal, breakfast is SO important! You are BREAKING the FAST from the moment you went to bed to the time you’re getting up and eating breakfast.
When you eat breakfast and then have a healthy snack about an hour before dinner, you’re less likely to overindulge on the desserts and tempting side dishes. Again, enjoy yourself, but if you know that you will feel bad if you overindulge take Tip 1 and Tip 2 as 2 great ways to battle the feast!
